Always clean, great staff, superb facilities Supermarkets, metro station, restaurants everything in walking distance Avenida paulista is just a few minutes away with an uber. There is nothing to dislike

Little cafe across the street was the best food we had in Brazil! Limited amenities, but it was fine for a couple days!

Breakfast is standard. Location is great. Good restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance Neighbourhood feels safe. Staff is helpfull and welspoken. The sound insulation between floors and wall is average. So if someone rolls their luggage or moves furniture you could hear it. And that is annoying. On the other hand, this is a common nuisance in most of the hotels in Brazil due to their way of building.

Hotel staff were very pleasant, especially the concierge man being very helpful. Awesome breakfast. Pool was very cold and no WiFi in this area.

The front desk lady and the night auditor are amazing! Also Eduarda the housekeeper was amazing It would be nice if they would put 2 bottles of water in each room everyday.

I had a free early check in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They ran into electric issues across my floor and all lights started flashing, but the staff helped us move to another floor.

Safe and secure hotel in a lovely high-end area. I felt comfortable walking around, and the metro's close by. Loved the view from my spacious room. The bed was comfy, and I could leave the windows open at night with barely any noise. The rooftop is awesome, with a spacious gym, nice pool, all with views in every direction. The Internet was crazy fast too, never had any issues. The fridge was huge, but also super noisy. I ended up flipping the power switch in the electrical cabinet at night to shut it off. The gym's great overall, but it could use heavier weights for proper lifting. The area's really peaceful and quiet most of the time, except for two construction sites nearby. It gets noticeably louder between 7am and 3pm.

Breakfast is standard but always fresh. The location is safe, lots of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. The staff is superb!! Especially Rafaela and Ana at the front desk, they don't miss any request.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Size and cleanliness of the room. The location was great. Breakfast was good, although not as varied as at the other Cozzy hotel nearby. Coded entry is hit and miss, so not a real improvement over key cards used in other hotels. In the Triple Room we had booked the double bed was only accessible from one side, and the TV is mounted in an odd location, hanging from the ceiling at the top of the bed, making access even more difficult.

There was a small leak on the bathroom floor after shower, which needs to be addressed before it gets worse.

I will not say a lot but I will let the photo speak of the hygiene of this hotel. The rooms are very dark and smelly and honestly for what you pay you can get a way better stay elsewhere. The water in this hotel smells like mud water. I am sure they have serious issues in their plumbing. The check in experience was very slow. Stay away
