Comfortable and very clean. Service is amazing!!! Wifi is horrible. The doors are very old and a bit broken. The windows are not noise proof.

There's no hot water in the shower, only warm water. When I complained, I was told that it is like this; the 42 °C temperature is 42 °C, and that's the way it is. It wasn't hot enpugh for a comfortable shower.

Great location and breakfast was good. Dark gloomy room. I booked a room with a balcony but the door to it had been screwed shut. The shower was cold.

The rooftop pool and the chef at breakfast with fresh crepes/omelette etc was exceptional. Reception team were fabulous The decor in the rooms was very dated and in poor condition and compared to the entrance and dining areas felt tired. The rooftop pool was great but a bit neglected with cracked tiles and grass growing between the tiles but a fab thing to have available.
