I like the location and it’s easy to take commuters The hotel is good overall speaking however some of their furniture seems a bit old.

Great location. Excellent hotel with big rooms. They are refurbishing part of the lobby. The breakfast area looks improvised and too crowded.

There is no smart tv. Refurbishment is tired.

Excellent staff - always very helpful and friendly; Clean; Great location for shopping, bars & restaurants, and also some sites; Balcony access; and the amazing breakfast spread :)) 1) No swimming pool 2) The piano playing at breakfast was amazing, very talented artist - it was just a little too loud for me at breakfast time - a softer volume level would have been perfect.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond! So grateful about the very early check in and changing our room when we had a problem with the bathroom. If we go again to SP, definitely will return! Nothing
