Excellent breakfast Room was a little tight

Stafff is not profissional and not trained at all. I arrived at 9am and I have been charged for an extra night without telling me - they just swipe my card adding an extra night because an early check in. I talked to Lucas - the manager and he was supposed to give the money back to me, he just disappeared, no reply, no communication with me: Rooms are very very small, you can barely walk. If you have luggage you need to decide who stays in the room. The room was a kind of clean, but the facilities were dirty, it looks like the hotel was closed for years and opened again without any adjustment. Location is ok, but nothing is close by to the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a construction, a big avenue and the building across the street seems to be a very odd/ unsafe. You can find better options in the region. Staff and rooms.

The location is very central when circulating in the main business areas of São Paulo. It’s very clean and offers a good breakfast which you can take on a terrace surrounded by Fênix and other palm trees. Recommended for business travels. My room was a bit noisy and air conditioning was not very effective

NOISY!! Not from the interior of the hotel, but surroundings. Windows are not sound attenuating, so the room is very noisy.

It’s about 30 minutes walk from the shopping mall. But it’s okay. ?

Nothing Dirty. When I entered my room at check in I found poop in the bathroom. I requested a room change and the other bathroom was wet. Room maid was rude to me. The window did not close by default and the noise from the street entered the room. Small sheet for bed. Bad mattress.

The place is centrally located and easy to find just around the corner. It also has lovely staff who are willing to provide help The breakfast was ok but it was the same very other day

Small rooms, staff was not friendly

The hotel was clean and staff was really nice. The room, except for beds seemed in great condition and modern. the first room I got had twin beds whose mattresses were so old you could feel the metal frame when sleeping. They switched me to another room after a sleepless night. The mattress was OK but i could see it was completely brown - as in aged. The other room had a strange echo of a motor sound all day long. First they tried to claim that it was a construction behind the building that will cease at night. Then when it didn’t, the other maintenance guy told me that this was part of the room air ventilation acoustics. It echoed noise from other rooms. They didn’t have any other rooms available to switch. The room also had an alarm light that was blinking right about the headboard of the bed. They said this was normal procedure for fire alarm. Ever felt so uncomfortable in another hotel room. Also the hotel is at an intersection of a highway and although they said it was safe to walk during the day, it didn’t seem so.

Beds were small but that is fine, however, the bed sheets were too small for the beds. It is a small thing it but would make a big difference.

Nice staff. Well located if you have a car. Nice breakfast. Small bedroom but attend to what I needed a bit noisy as I stayed in the 7th floor, but nothing very bad
