Breakfast is was chaotic. Expected more.

The location is very convenient, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the bar, Cino Caffè — we went twice for a late snack, and both times were excellent. Service was warm and efficient, and Gabriel, our waiter, made the experience even better. The facilities feel a bit outdated, and there were no slippers provided despite the carpeted floors. Also, water is charged if you’re not staying under a corporate agreement, which felt a bit unexpected.

The reception is professional, rooms are spacious and efficiently laid out. The facility meets the expectation of a "business hotel". The breakfast buffet has good options and plenty of fresh fruits. The location in Morumbi is just too far from the center of Sao Paulo where most of the action is. Going back and forth by UBER adds another 30 mins to the already VERY congested traffic. Unless you have business in Morumbi, this is not where you would want to stay.

The location is excellent. I also liked the bar and restaurant, which stay open until late at night. I appreciated that breakfast could be extended until 11 a.m. The staff was also wonderful. Some breakfast items in the executive lounge were not restocked after running out. The pool was closed for renovations, but this was never communicated prior to check-in.

It was really clean and the area is nice I booked for my syblings , and they didn’t allowed them to stay because the booking was made with my card even tho I called and wrote at least 4 emails before they kept sending me between departments , I explained they will arrive earlier than me and I will bring my card in the night , they still waited in the lobby for 6 hours before I arrived and their room key didn’t worked , we had to fixed it 4 times in 6 hours .

Nice staff and clean room Non-potable water, no free bottles of water available, no any signals in the room, no any recommendation from the staff to not drink the water

Absolutely loved it. Great view from my window, spacious room and comfy bed, super clean, great staff. The gym is great. Also liked the location.
