Apenas a localização é boa e o chuveiro tem uma pressão excelente. Fiquei na unidade 3209 que está em péssimo estado de conservação. Tudo velho e muito sujo, lâmpadas queimadas pelo apartamento inteiro e banheiro, utensílios de cozinha incompletos, estávamos em 3 pessoas e só deixaram disponíveis 2 toalhas - precisei ficar procurando pelo apto outra toalha e roupa de cama pra terceira pessoa, sem saber se o que eu estava achando estava limpo ou sujo. Adicionalmente, ficamos ser energia das 22h até a saída do dia seguinte (atendimento do Eduardo Redondo foi muito ruim sobre esse assunto, sem nos dar alternativas pelo prejuízo). Não recomendo.

Localização excelente Ao chegar ao local, o recepcionista perguntou se eu tinha recebido um link pois, sem ele, eu não poderia fazer o cadastramento por biometria para acesso ao prédio. Não recebi. Recebi apenas a senha da fechadura eletrônica. Não tinha luz no banheiro e nem cobertor. Mandei várias mensagens ao proprietário e ele sequer se deu ao trabalho de responder. Telefonei e ele não atendeu. Como estava muito frio e eu não tinha onde comprar um cobertor após 10 da noite, verifiquei se seria possível usar o tapetinho para me cobrir, mas ele estava muito empoeirado, assim como o chão sob o tapete. Acabei me cobrindo com toalhas que encontrei num dos armários. Não recebi informação sobre a senha de wifi.

Price and location. Contrary to the other reviews, the apartment was quite clean. Groceries at the minibar look like they were complimentary, but they are an extortion!

great location, clean room and very comfortable for a family. staff at the reception clearly have something against you stay, giving wrong information. also elevators were not working properly and there was a lack of guidance. there was a lot of noise due to bars at the neighborhood during a soccer match

Only 2 elevators for 27 flats. Going lobby with elevator took around 10 mins as it stopped 8 times in different flats.

The size of the room and the beds and the shower! The restroom smelled very bad ! I believe a maintenance in the sanitary is required .
