The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. This is not a 4-star hotel, at least not anymore - the facilities are outdated and uncomfortable, and the immediate neighborhood is not very nice and felt unsafe at night.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable The cleaning service wasn’t good. The bed sheets were not changed for the whole period I stayed there. The hotel should improve this because it’s not right for the guests to be asking for people to clean their room. It should be done on a daily basis.

The location was excellent to go to the American Consulate. Breakfast was ok. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful It needs a lot of care. The sofa was dismal and the stuffed chairs were dirty.
