The location as good We wanted to shopping so it worked perfectly Also easy access for turism Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was not only unhelpful, but often seemed to go out of their way to make everything unnecessarily complicated. I was traveling with a larger group (family, with separate reservations), and unfortunately, we all had the same frustrating experience. We arrived in the morning and asked if we could pay for an early check-in, but were told no rooms were available — which we completely understood and accepted. We then asked if we could switch to one of the rooms that were available at that time, even if it meant paying an additional fee, simply because we wanted a secure place to store our luggage and rest a bit. Once again, the answer was no. We were told we needed to resolve everything with Booking, and that there was “nothing they could do.” We even offered to pay directly at the front desk for one of the available rooms — just so we could leave our bags safely — and still, they refused. They claimed we couldn’t use the room because it was only for one person, even though we were not planning to stay there, just store our things for a couple of hours. It was incredibly rigid and made no sense, considering we all had confirmed reservations. Eventually, we left our belongings in the luggage room and went out. When we finally checked into our actual room later that day, we were shocked by the poor condition of the facilities. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, the tiles were cracked, the doors had mold, and the bathroom would flood every time someone took a shower. The property is in desperate need of renovation and better maintenance. It was honestly unpleasant — and at times, disgusting — to use the space during our stay. Throughout our time there, the staff showed a complete lack of willingness to assist. They made no effort to be welcoming or accommodating, even with the simplest of requests.

Anything good that could have been in the hotel was overshadowed by the terrible and horrible service and treatment I received by the hotel staff. rude and inflexible hotel management, rude reception staff, rooms are uncomfortable and facilities are deplorable.
