Good transfer to and from Guarulhos airport. Very nice breakfast! No body wash in the bathroom. Even though our room was designed for 3 people, with 3 single beds, there were only two towels in the bathroom. The hotel was busy, and the elevator took longer than expected.

The breakfast is good. This hotel is old, and my room wasn't really clean. There were spider webs, ants and old, black dirt all over the bathroom sink and shower. At first, they put me in a room in a renovation area, and it was super loud, so I couldn't rest after 23 hours of traveling. After I complained, they gave me a new room, supposedly far from the renovations. But I still couldn't sleep because of the noise. The doors aren't soundproof, so you can hear people talking in the hallways. I don't recommend this hotel and won't ever come back.

Staff not well trained. Had to change room for an extra half day, at a very high cost. The key to the new room did not work twice; engineer had to come to open the door to the room; room had terrible humidity smell; the wrong type of key had been provided twice. Requested change of room and staff offered to take bags to new room. Reserved cab in the morning for evening and cab was not there when needed.

The location is great, near the airport. There are a couple of restaurants in the area, that would allow you to try different type of food. The folks were amazing. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. It was almost impossible to get the housekeeping staff to make up the room. I requested housekeeping at 10:00AM, the finally would get around it by 3:00PM.
