Location is excellent, staff is super nice, hot shower, room fridge worked great, AC ok The mattresses are old, but not saggy. They need to clean under the beds. I had something fall behind the nightstand and then we decided to clean the floors ourselves. Also, don't leave any snacks out. We had a couple tiny roaches show up. They really need to treat that.

Location great, breakfast better than expected. Car park not adjacent to the hotel (its 2 blocks away, but the hotel operates valet parking).

The rooftop is really nice. The room was extremely small, we believe we were assigned a room for 2 when we were 3 and the only outlet was by the door. The staff were barely present, the receptionist couldn't even resolve the change of a light bulb in our room. One day we got to our room at 7pm and it was still not cleaned. We waited for 15 minutes and when it was "done" we had no towels, the light bulb was still out and we did not have SHEETS in two of the beds. When they got us towels, they were see through (pictures attached). I would not recommend it even if the price is decent.

This modest hotel is an excellent find--tucked into a lively neighborhood with good access to museums and the metro, it is clean and comfortable (with very welcome air conditioning) and a real value compared to many of the larger hotels in the area. The breakfast is very good, with a great setting on the rooftop. I stayed here three times over two months for short visits and would stay here again.

Rather a good location considering the vicinity of the hotel to A. Joaquim Tàvora full of bars and restaurants. I liked the Solarium on the top floor: Quite a spacious area where you can relax. Unfortunately I found the wifi system really slow and also the size of the bed quite small. The bathroom is really tiny and the fridge was quite noisy. Obviously no double glazing on the window so lots of noise coming from outside although it is not a main road. No lift in the building. Also what is really annoying is the check out time: 11.00 is ridicoulous.
