Uniclass Hotel Pinheiros

Nada Definitivamente não é como mostra nas fotos. Tem mofo pra todo lado, ao abrir a janela dava de cara para o fumódromo e eu estava em um quarto do lado do restaurante. Tinha barulho o tempo todo. O hotel também não tem elevador. Eles colocam uma coberta pequena e fina à disposição.

Loved the breakfast items. Good, simple food, but very tasty My room was too close to the kitchen, so at early morning it was too noisy, as the kitchen staff was serving breakfast

The staff were amazing. Everyone were well-polite and willing. I had to stay for half a day more and they gave me the option to do so. The prices are low due to the location (Pinheiros is next to Faria Lima, and both are good areas to stay). Few options for breakfast, but I liked the ones we had. It's just sad that during my stay I could drink orange juice only once :( Maybe the hotel could provide more charcuterie options. The room that I got was small, and it was facing a bustling street. Due to being located in the 1st floor, people in the street could easily take a peek at our room hahahaha. The building don't have an elevator, so if you have any disabilities or any motor difficulty, it's not a good deal.

Clean Location and Rome facility

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Mouldy bathroom and mould on the walls in the sleeping area in first room. This was unacceptable to my standards. Luckily, the staff offered me a new room which had less mould in the bathroom. The hotel room had a strange smell, possibly caused by damp or mould. The water in the shower was not hot enough. No lift access. My second hotel room was very noisy due to the traffic. I am a bit surprised by the booking.com giving this hotel a 3-star rating. I would say it's a 2-star hotel, so the clients won't get a shock when staying in this hotel.

Location

Location is OK, reception staff attentive. Very simple hotel, no elevators, small rooms breakfast is too simple, very few alternatives, almost no healthy food. Room is small, mattress too soft.

Great big bed, amazing location, clean, comes with a full set of amenities, great shower Room might be a little small but the bed is huge so not a problem
