I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for two days, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the excellent, e.g., breakfast, Wi-Fi Thank you for providing such a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend your hotel to others and hope to visit again in the future. Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and don’t have any complaints. Very poor Wi-Fi. I had a very hard time trying to get work done. The room has a very primitive setup. The only appliances in the room were a mini fridge and air conditioner. The rest of the furniture was very outdated! The TV was old enough not to have any HDMI ports! There was a small desk with 2 plastic chairs to work from. Very uncomfortable! The bedding sheets were ripped. The bathroom was tiny and grime.

The staff were friendly. They didn't speak English but did their level best to work with me and Google translate. We laughed about it. Frankly - the room was AWFUL. There was nothing but a bed and two dank pillows. Want to hang your clothes? Sure, there's a closet, but no hangers. Want a drink? No bottled water. That's ok - no glasses, either. The sad sink had a lone tap with only lukewarm water regardless. The single topsheet was threadbare and had holes. There was a blanket, but it was too small for the bed. I found a couple old, threadbare towels in a corner, wrapped in plastic. They would be rags in any other establishment. No clothes iron. No kettle or coffee maker. Housekeeping did NOT visit during my two day stay. I was not offered breakfast.

The location, is near a major mall; Center Norte. Nothing else around. The staff was rude, there were two ladies in the room-one buzzed me in and the other came out running like I was going to rob the place or something. She stuck her head out the window and was staring at me from top to botton not with pleasant face and asking quick questions. Not sure if it matters but I am a big black guy. They have no cups of any sort in the room, you have to pay for it. The tv channels are only local. The bedding needed better cleaning and the breakfast is not worth the price. You can find better places with breakfast included in the region.
