- price - clean enough - proximity to city centre - the neighbourhood did not seem safe - the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom - the windows did not close well so the noise from outside was extremely loud - there was no blanket in the room and we were cold

The location of the hotel was very convenient, I could walk to most touristic landmarks in the historical centre. The breakfast was a buffet and it was included. The room has a minibar and a safe deposit box. I really appreciate that they have a reliable internet connection. The recepcionist cannot speak English. However, she tried and she was kind. In the surroundings there are many homeless and it looks like an insecure place, but it is not the fault of the establishment. I just came back before 18h to the hotel and I did not have trouble.

Nobody spoke English, but breakfast was good. It was not very clean, blood spots on the blanket and bathroom was also not very clean.

Excellent daily cleaning Kindness of all hotel staff Varied and delicious buffet breakfast, fruits, milk, coffee, eggs, pastries, cheeses, juices. Perfect location, close to everything, 200 meters from Sao Bento station, close to restaurants, clothing stores, supermarkets. I am satisfied with the stay I had there, I enjoyed the city and its charms. Everything very good with the hotel, the staff is friendly, professional and try to speak in your language. I have no complaints.
