I chose the tatami room and it as a fun experience. The room was big and it had a Japanese sunroom type of space by the window.

I was surprised by how spacious the room was. I appreciated having a coin laundry, but there were only two machines, and the dryers took a long time, so several people ended up waiting.

Its very convenient to stay nearby shopping centers. Our room smells like cigarette and we have a small child with us so I think it should have been sprayed nicely at least.

I truly appreciate the spaciousness of the quaruple room we’ve been fortunate to have. The bed is quite large for a single, making it very comfortable for restful nights. There's plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around with ease. The cleaning staff are very efficient and always do a wonderful job, making our stay even more enjoyable. None that I remember. Thank you.

Biggest room I had in Sapporo. Walking distance to main shopping street. Not too center, therefore although its city area yet not too noisy. Staff always helpful. Been staying this hotel since 2013. The staffs slowly improvise, so, nothing to dislike.

Breakfast had variety of fresh local flavors and ample seating every morning. Serving staff were polite, thoughtful, and very efficient. It truly made the trip delightful.

Smell of cigarette and it is not so close to the train station, you have to take the train to get there

Overall it was good, the room was clean and the amenities were decent. The room was a bit small and I felt a bit of spatial oppression. It was a bit far from the JR station and if you couldn’t find a bus or taxi, you would have to walk there by 25 minutes.
