The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location in Sapporo couldn’t be beat. The “ecological” level of room cleaning didn’t come with refills on the in-room coffee. In all honesty that was totally on me for not reading all the details. There were plenty of great coffee shops around so the lack of in-coffee wasn’t a major setback, I just would have liked the convenience.

Clean, good facilities. Location is fantastic as it’s right in the heart of town, one block away from the Nijo market and close to all the shops. Everything was walking distance and it was so convenient for konbini runs. They said they would clean the room mid way but didn’t.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very good. It was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room size is perfect. I wish they had free coffee in the lounge early in the morning.

Parking offsite was an 8 minute walk due to the hotel having only a few parking spots but was also a little cheaper than hotel parking
