The room was bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise. They have complimentary beverages in the main lobby until 9pm and it's located in an entertainment district with many stores and restaurants. The breakfast is basic and worked for me but might not work for some people.

The location is fantastic, lawson right opposite and lots of food around too. Room's were clean and comfy, breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Toilet facilities were up to date and clean too. Most of the staff were friendly, overall a great place to stay. Breakfast buffet had limited options and were the same everyday. Hope they would maybe make some changes daily or every 2 days or smth but if you're good with eating the same thing daily then, all is well here. Would stay here again in future if am visiting.

The location is good. It’s a 5 minute walk to Susukino station and a 10-15 minute walk to Odori park. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s good to have the breakfast option as well. We were placed —unasked— on one of the two floors where smoking is allowed. Neither my partner nor I are smokers, and the smell of tobacco both in the corridors and in the room was very strong. When we asked if there were other rooms available, the person working at the front desk wasn’t very helpful at all. We were simply told that the hotel was fully booked, which is understandable since we stayed there during the Christmas holiday, but there were no attempts to provide us with any kind of solution or compensation. We had to spend three nights in a room where even the bed sheets smelled like tobacco, which made the whole stay very unpleasant. To give us that room without letting us know beforehand and without any possibility of changing it feels totally unacceptable, especially considering how strong the smell was.

Appreciate staff moving us to another room which had no smell, newer carpet and so much better. Breakfast was good and good location. Room had a bad odour, not fresh, old/dirty. Had to keep window open. Staff moved us on 2nd day.

Our room was dirty because they don’t clean the rooms until the fourth day of your stay there and we weren’t staying for four days. I was clearly allergic to something in the dirty room because I got a rash all over my face and the air purifier was always on red, for bad air quality. The bathroom reeked of mold. The entire room smelled like a public bathroom. It was obvious that the establishment had implemented every single cost cutting option they could.
