Central location, great views of Odori Tower if booked the view side, other than that there is no view, no gym facilities, just outside station exit which is very convenient. Great record player and cozy interior Rooms are a little tight and narrow.

Everything, especially the vibe, the record player in the room. They also provide new PJ everyday. We have the early trip 1 day outside the city and they also provide take out breakfast on request. None

It has a clean and calm aesthetic. The location is pretty and super convenient for food, subway, shopping. It would be great if our room had just a little more storage. We booked one of the smaller rooms, and the size, beds, and bathroom were all fine. But there was space for some wall shelves and wall hooks that would have really helped in making our stay feel more organized and comfortable.

Great location and we were really happy with our rooms. Breakfast was tasty. I wish it hadn’t been raining so we could have enjoyed the roof top. I wish there was coffee in the rooms.

The room is good, we had the room facing to the TV tower. Room was spacious and had a good vibe. Location is very good specially if you plan to book some tours as one of the common meeting spot is just in front across the park. The bakery next door is also one to try for your stay. We didn't get a chance to dine in on the rooftop but hopefully next time we can.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had a very late check in but they helped us out and straightened out any issues we had upon arrival. The room was a little cramped. If you have more than a few luggages, it will be hard to maneuver around the room, especially with more than 1 person. Also, entire area smelled of sewage for 1 night when we arrived but management explained that a drain was being worked on in the building next door. Very apologetic.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Location was perfect! Right next to the subway station, 2 blocks away from the Chuo bus station, Department Stores Marui Imai, Mistukoshi. Right across is Odori park where they have a few food stalls for light snacks. Its also right next to the underground mall, Aurora Town. Many restaurants around the area, the staff can give their resto recommendations if you ask. The room is bigger than most other hotel rooms in Japan. The bathroom is a good size, not tight. The matress is comfy. I personally did not try the breakfast but my family tried the buffet breakfast and it was filling. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. The lack of storage space like shelves (for storing clothes). But we made do and used the couch.

The location and cleanliness of amenities and rooms. We were warned that our first night would entail some noise from neighboring building’s overnight cleaning maintenance. However, they did not warn us of the nauseating smell that would also overwhelm our rooms through the vents. Did not allow for room change to a higher floor and only gave us drink certificates. Also, the rooms have very small trash cans and there are no glasses to pour your drinks into. There were also no kettle or microwave. Lastly, one of two laundry machines were broken.

This property was close to the main station. There were also many shops at walking distance. The Canvas on the 2nd floor was a great spot to socialize and hang out while grabbing drinks and snacks. I like that they had record players in the room as well as records on the 2nd floor for you to choose from. Rooms were extremely clean, had nice bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing.
