I experienced 2 different rooms. The first room was great. The second room (401) was less so because the fridge was very noisy, and there are no curtain to block morning sun.

They've got everything you need, staff is friendly, and there's a lot of space in the room. Not many people, so i felt like i had a lot of privacy doors aren't sound proof, so you can hear people in the hallways or next door.

It was very cold in the room, some things were missing in the toilet and stuff did not speak English

The room was a tatami room, which was a surprise because the pictures show a regular room with beds. The room was clean and decently sized. The futon was regular in hardness but the pillow was very hard and quite uncomfortable. The worst thing however was the shared sento bath. The tiles were dirty and everything is incredibly old. Do not come here for the bath.

Absolutely faultless as a hotel. Fantastic location in central(ish) Sapporo, large rooms, all the amenities you need, staff who cannot do enough to help you, and beyond reasonable prices. Honestly there is very little to criticize, but if you forced my hand I suppose I would have to say that sporadically the WiFi got a bit slow? Not to the point of being unusable however.

It has public bath and provide yukata. On first floor, they provide a corner for reading. It doesn’t provide disposable toiletries.

The stuff are so polite and nice. The onsen was great too. The hotel is very well located! I would totally recommend !!

I really liked the tatami floor and futon setup. The staff was also very nice But the highlight was the sauna and hot baths. After a 20 hour flight it was the most relaxing experience.
