When booked I thought the price was ~$280 AUD and included breakfast but when turned up to pay cost us $400 AUD + ~$55 AUD for breakfast. I was confused that price had risen since I booked. Price - as above

Clean and comfortable. Good location to the centre of Sapporo. Absolutely zero option for early check in which was a bit terrible after a long day of travel. Parking is also very limited and costs extra on top of the accommodation price per night.

the location was excellent. Restaurant facilities closed so early that they really were not restaurants but snack bars. Very difficult to settle up checking out. Desk staff couldn’t understand that we shouldn’t be charged for breakfast since we didn’t sign up for it and we were leaving before restaurant opened.

The hotel is great, with friendly and helpful staff. Location-wise, it's perfect walking distance from Odori and Susukino. Breakfast buffet has a large selection, and the overall feel of the hotel was cozy and comfortable No complaints here

I requested a non smoking room but the room reaked of cigarette smoke when I first entered the room. I requested a different room but was offeted only an aur purifier.
