The rate we got the hotel was higher than usual since we stayed during the Sapporo Snow Festival, but that also applies to every other hotel in the city during the same period.

The location was good. Very central shopping plus a 8 minute walk to the Tokyo REI hotel for bus pickup (Kokusui and Kiroro Ski Areas). We had a top floor room so no noisy neighbors above us. Was unable to get a couple of extra pillows as the ones in the room were very small. Will get an inflatable travel pillow for future travel when hotels do not have the option to get an extra pillow. The bathroom had a foul smell. :(

It was very clean and cozy. Room was a decent size and the amenities were consistently replaced. Eco cleaning, which is fine. Laundry facilities made it very convenient to wash our clothes, and the staff is happy to give you change as it does cost 300 yen to wash and 100-200 to dry. It’s located in Susukino very close to shopping and dining that Sapporo is so famous for. Breakfast is very good, it was worth getting the vouchers for every day we were there because they serve it early, from 6:30 am to about 10 am. Didn’t have any problems here, I thought it was perfect and just what we needed.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a lot of amenities. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, with plenty of space to put your things. The location is a bit far from the main JR station, but there are options to get there. Also the internet was a bit spotty, sometimes it didn’t work.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was walking distance from the main commercial district of Sapporo and from there, it was very convenient to go anywhere in the city. The room and the bathroom were both quite new and very clean. The rooms were a bit small but based on what we paid, we can't really complain. The bathroom was small and it was hard to move around inside but the water pressure and temperature were perfect.

Location not far from airport bus. not very far from main shopping street. Breakfast is quite okay. Staffs are nice. Quite good price. There are space in the room that surprisingly large enough to left a 28-inch luggage open. The room is very small that could fit only single person to only sleep and go. If you want to have more pleasure staying then I recommend finding other places. But if you want a little cheaper hotel in central Sapporo then this place might actually good for you. No public bath which usually a place to stay away from the room's discomfort. The window cannot be open which makes air inside the room a little musty.
