Great location. Near everything one could think of … airport bus direct to CTS, 5 mins walk to Cocono Susikino and train stations. Shopping haven area. The Aircon controls were managed by the hotel staff which was a bit challenging as the weather was still cold and the heater function was on. There were days we wanted cool air but hot air was blowing into the room which made the air very dry. Public spa/bath - lack of signages and other nationalities tourists were abusing the facilities.

very good location from main shopping street. provide many clothes hangers, the window can be opened! Quite much space for solo traveler The room ins long but not wide. Although more space but big luggage cannot be open easily. Pillow is only one flat pillow, not very comfortable (maybe just for me), breakfast is just okay.

Location is the best. All facilities are very good with all information on the tv screen in the room. You will be informed the traffic at onsen and breakfast. Nothing.

Location is good, very close to the action and a 5min walk to the airport bus dropoff and pick up. Booked stay for 2 adults and 2 kids but only given free breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. Had to pay full price for the additional breakfast (no kids pricing). Felt like staff at the reception did the bare minimum at their hospitality jobs.

Efficient staff. Comfortable beds. Fresh towels were provided every day even though we requested no cleaning service.

USB ports and type-C ports are installed on the nightstand, so convenient that we didn't even need to use an adaptor. We ordered a parcel. Staff members kindly helped keep it and passed it to us. The pajamas were comfortable and could fit a wide range of body types.

Location: The hotel is located right at 狸小路商店街. Super convenient for shopping or eating at 二条市場. Access to the hotel was not a problem under bad weather. Room: The room was well designed. Bright lighting. Good space both in the room and the bathroom. We could have two suitcases opened at the same time. We could see the Sapporo TV Tower from our room. Hot spring (onsen): Both indoor and outdoor onsen were available. Location: It took more than 20 minutes to walk to JR Sapporo Station. An alternative is to take a bus, as there are bus stations near the hotel, but bus rides to New Chitose Airport / Otaru is longer than train rides, and traffic caused bus delays and even longer travelling time.

Very well located right on Tanukikojo shopping street. Very close to plenty of restaurants, stores and entertainment. The bathroom in the rooms are small, but normal by Japanese hotel standards. To accommodate for that, there is a big bathhouse on the top floor. There’s about 8 showers and two baths on the men’s side and it was never too crowded when I went. You can also check on the tv in the room to see how crowded it is in the baths. To me, using the bath was the highlight of this hotel. It was clean and felt very nice to unwind after a long day.
