The room was great! I liked it. It was possibly the largest hotel room I've actually had in Japan. Staff was always really nice. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but I couldn't quite figure out how to work it and I didn't want to make a mess. There's a really good supermarket just a block away. Close to the metro station, or you can walk 10 - 15 minutes to Sapporo main station.

Overall ,the experience was pleasant andrelaxing.The hotel is conveniently near the train station.

It’s near the Kitajunijo train station and there’re convenient stores nearby. It’s also away from the city centre so it’s peaceful. The staffs are not really friendly but they do get things through. There are welcome drinks such as tea/coffee in the lobby. During booking I’ve indicated 2 adults and a 11-year old but I only get 2 pillows and 2 sets of towels.

Breakfast is unlimited and nice. Same items everyday but still servings are very nice. Floor carpet can be good.

The room is clean and spacious, the hotel is close to the metro station Breakfast is so simple that was very disappointing. You’ll be better offer to get some Japanese breakfast or snacks from nearby 7-eleven instead of paying for and stuff yourself with a breakfast that is not good.

A nice hotel near Sapporo station - everything is as described in the offer - room was clean and quite spacious - staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but it is the same every day. Generally I recommend this place to everybody.

The room is good, the facilities in the room is quite complete, the staff is great they even move our luggage to our room. They offer the breakfast also They are on the renovation for the lobby

This is a lodging which is about 8 to 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staff is approachable and friendly. The Single, non smoking room is adequately comfortable and there is a coin laundry situated within the hotel. I personally feel that it has all the facilities that a business hotel require. Definitely value for money. There is free wifi, but is not secured. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety but I think that is secondary.

The location is very good to me as I have work in Hokkaido University. I wish for a better breakfast. It's too simple now.

The location was near the place where I went to work. The breakfast was passable but not that much interesting. The bread and orange juice were good. The bathroom was bad, it had mold on the ceiling, even the door. The walls were thin. I have heard the noise from the opposite room. It would be good if the toothbrush and amenities were in the bathroom.
