The bagel breakfast is unique. The place is nearby the Nakajimakoen Station and the Nakajima Park. Some good 10-15 minute walk from Susukino as well if you want to go some restaurants and to walk off the cold winter. Would also like to special mention the staff who helped me find a non-smoking room as due to my own fault of booking the wrong room type. She also remembered to give back the bottle of cola I left from the first room and informed and returned to me the next day. Unfortunately, I'm not able to get her name to commend her assistance. None that I can think of.

The front desk staff are very friendly every day and always serve with a smile. · It’s very close to the subway, park, and police station. · There are at least three to four well-known convenience stores nearby. Not at all ?↔️

The room was quite comfortable, and even if small, it was ok for one person but might be tight for 2. The location is quite convenient with bus direct from airport 5min away, the park just around the corner and the main central area in walking distance. The staff was nice and luggage could be stored after check-out.

Great location next to a massive park - only a train stop or two from the centre of Sapporo Everything was fine. 20 or so minute walk to Susukino and Odori park

Just around the corner, there is a nice park. The location is a 20 minute walk from the city center. The room is poorly designed. The shower area is disproportionately large compared to the rest of the space. The sink could definitely be placed inside the shower room to create more space for a wardrobe. There is no proper storage for organizing your belongings. The breakfast is expensive, and the pillows are uncomfortable. Overall, it doesn’t offer good value for money.

Location is excellent if you just want to enjoy playing in the snow. It is near Nakajima park/ Nakajima station/ Seicomart (where you can buy inexpensive food)/ walking distance from Lawson and Family Mart. The staff are friendly and would greet you even though they are busy and tired. The room service/ cleaner is also polite and hard working. The amenenities were working fine as expected and we did not have a hard time. Although the televesion does not have cable. It has regular TV shows/ no english shows but the internet would help you with that problem. The internet is fast and reliable. 15minute walk going to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and 5-10minute walk to Susukino (red light district). The location 20-30minutes away from Odori Park but subway/ train would help. I think the downside of the location was if you’re bringing along children under 2-3 years old it wont be kid friendly or if you are bringing along your elderly folks it would be a problem since the location is far from Ningle Terrace Furano/ Moerenuma Park/ Hill of the Buddha/ Takino Suzuran Hillside Park/ Otaru etc you should join a group tour for that because DIY is difficult…. but if your main preference is just to stay around the area because there’s tons of snow it wont be a problem. The location is excellent, would gladly book again.

The area was walking distance to Susukino area/ Sapporo station. Breakfast bagle was cute. There was no coin laundry in the hotel.

It is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Beautiful park right beside the hotel and there's plenty of convenient stores around them. They provide plenty of useful things at the lobby such as Bath salts Bathroom amenities Slightly small but it's enough to open a luggage. Can't complain.

Great location with 3 kombinis across the road and access to the subway. You can easily walk to the city centre from here too. There seemed to only be a single microwave that we could use that was downstairs in the lobby/dining/lounge area and no bins to use when we were finished.
