Sapporo Prince Hotel

Perfect stay for us. Great Location. Staff was fantastic and super friendly. A family mart inside the hotel is so convenient. Complementary bus drive to Sapporo station. Very clean rooms. We will come back again. Definitely a recommendation.

We were upgraded to Club levels so the rooms were large and comfortable Lol I took a glass to another room for a drink. My glass was never replaced, I had to go get the glass back from the other room. Are there many glass pinchers? Breakfast was good enough, but not very imaginative as we stayed for 5 nights. There was no change at all in the spread.

The feeling of elite, exclusive luxury. Everything from the view, to the jacuzzi bath, to the executive lounge was excellent.

It takes about 15 minutes from Sapporo station. Prince Hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station. Room is spacious and clean with two free bottles of water. Breakfast served from six to ten in the morning was excellent. If you go to Sapporo station not within free shuttle bus schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, It is not too conveneint becuase you need to make a transer in Odori Park.

many breakfast options in the next block if hotel breakfasts aren't your thing: Lawson, McDonald's, Sukiya, Yoshinoya, etc open air onsen was amazing in the winter. because building is cylindrical in shape, room entrances are narrow. not too bad though. dryers use low-heat; had to run our items twice to really dry them.

In general the breakfast spread was kinda disappointing in variety and taste.

The view was beautiful, afternoon tea and happy hour. One of the Chinese staff was very dismissive and rude. Didn’t want to help check us in.

This was a perfect location for our visit during the Sapporo Snow Festival. We could easily walk to Odori Park which is the main area for the snow sculptures and forts/buildings. It was also easy to walk to other shopping areas and all kinds of restaurants to choose from.

The location was good The onsen is extra fees for the guests, that makes no sense as it’s not a cheap hotel. Also the tattoo rules in place are outdated and should not be applied to foreign guests.

best value for our stay it was not expensive although no breakfast was included the whole building is a little bit outdated, the toilet kinda smell and not properly ventilated. quite a walk from downtown susukino

The location was amazing and the accommodations were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning. The friendliness of the staff and the open air onsen was delightful.

Cheap accommodation with washing machine Close to public transport Carpark for 1500/day and you can take it out anytime Too far to walk to most of attractions. Cost to use small bath upstairs Standard triple was very small. Cannot open suitcase on the floor

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. The hotels are is starting to show. Could use some new carpets and a fresh coat of paint.

Nice rooms, good staff, clean area

I had two minor things. I wish the tower I stayed had a direct access to the laundry room. I had to use laundry multiple times as I stayed for 10 days with a kid, but every time I had to go downstairs and change the elevator etc, which was very inconvenient. There was also very unfriendly cleaning staff who followed to clean where my kid touched. I get it, that it's her responsibility to make everywhere spot on, but I just felt uncomfortable.
