The fire alarm bell kept on ringing in the middle of the night during my first night of stay

Very spacious room (for japanese standards), it had 2 full beds, my husband, our 5 year old and myself were able to sleep comfortably in it. Plenty of space for suitcases and bags.

near susukino shopping area & subway station. all attractions only in walking distance provide laundry room with additional cost but the washer is not working during our stay & the dryer not dry enough

The walls are a bit thin and it's pretty easy to hear the other guests. Not much that can be done about that though.

Clean hotel with great location. Have laundry facilities and shared kitchen to use. We had a wonderful stay. Lift is quite small, so you have to take turn to use it.

The room was large, excellent bathroom and all the hotel seemed well mantained and clean. The personal remained in the hotel most of the day and were helpful and friendly. It looked like had an affordable bar (which we didnd't used) but the breakfast was very good. I looked like a place designed for staying ceonfortably several days Since it was a traditional japanese room it didn't had a wardrove, so organizing you stuff can be challenging

Very nice dorm type hostel, with spacious bed for each. There are only 4 beds in the room so it is not too crowded which is nice! The lobby has tables and chairs for eating, chatting, working...
