The hotel is about 10 mins walk from JR Sapporo Station (round the corner from Exit 24). It is also within walking distance to all major Sapporo sights including Tanuki Koji, Ni Jo Market, Odori Park, etc. The hotel is up to par with the newest business hotels in terms of amenities and also included a public bath house on 2nd floor with free coffee and tea all day. As with all Japanese business hotels, the rooms are tiny. We are a family of 3 and, when inside the room, we are mostly confined to our beds. Not a problem if you just want a place to sleep and the beds are comfortable while the bath house helps to relax after a day of walking.

I arrived in Sapporo after spending two weeks traveling across Japan by train, and I stayed for six days at the JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo. After such a long journey, it was the perfect place to rest while also enjoying everything the city had to offer. The location of the hotel was excellent. I was able to reach almost everywhere I wanted to visit in less than 10 minutes. I went to Odori Park, Sapporo Station, the Red Brick Government Building, the university botanical gardens, Susukino, the Clock Tower, and the Sapporo TV Tower very easily from the hotel. There were also plenty of coffee shops nearby, which I really appreciated. One of the best things was that the hotel itself had a great place to drink coffee and also provided laundry facilities, which was very convenient after traveling for so long. Honestly, I never felt like I was missing anything during my stay. The staff was excellent and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. I really, really enjoyed this hotel because it was practical, modern, very clean, and had all the necessities I needed. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, and people in Sapporo in general were amazing and welcoming. The room was also spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. I decided not to include the hotel breakfast because I wanted to explore local food in Sapporo. The breakfast seemed to focus more on coffee and sandwiches, although I did visit Café de Crie twice on my own and really enjoyed both the coffee and the sandwiches. It is definitely a good option if you want a quick and relaxing start to the morning. However, if your goal is to experience local cuisine, I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and exploring the many excellent food options Sapporo has to offer. ホント ありがとう ございました

It is located in very good location. The facility of the hotel is really nice as well. The public bath is fantastic as they provide you for free. Just set up breakfast in the morning is very boring. But at least we can get a coffee for free before going out traveling.

The amenities they have are AMAZING. Their onsen helped me unwind and finally made me feel like I was on vacation. I was shooketh to find out they used ReFa products in the onsen AND in our hotel room, as I’ve only heard about it online. IT ROCKED MY WORLD. This part of our trip was such a life changing experience; it reminded me how important it is to take the time to take care of ourselves. It also made me purchase my own ReFa products. THANK YOU SAPPORO KITA2JO!!! It’s on the other side of the world now…

Lovely onsen and lounge area. The rooms were in very nice condition, fairly modern, thoughtful layout for a smaller area. Really good location close to odori park Typically rooms in Japan are on the smaller side compared to what we are used to however it was a perfect size for the two of us.

It is conveniently located near the JR station and also Odori Park. It has a lot of useful amenities (onsen, pillow corner, laundry, etc).

Staff was courteous and helpful. Whole property was clean and modern. Nice lounge and public bath. Luggage lockers are available for leaving bags secure after check out but before travel. Dining options close by were very limited. Room literally had no view - frosted bathroom window opened to an alley.

Clean and nice Japanese business hotel - even with an Onsen which is rare at that price level. Breakfast served at a small breakfast chain in the same building. Location close to Sapporo station. Clean and new facilities. The elevators were a bit slow…
