Great location! Very close to main train station! Friendly staff! Room is a bit old, but is very clean.

The hotel is in a very good location, which made our stay convenient and easy. It is close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, so getting around was not a problem at all. Although breakfast is not provided, there are plenty of food options nearby, which worked well for us. The room was comfortable and met our basic needs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money, especially considering the location.

Location is good as you can walk underground to Odori Park and Pole Town. Many tourist stay in this hotel, and it seems a bit crowded. Unable to connect to Wifi most of the time. Have to queue for breakfast. Breakfast time open too early (5.30am) and close too early (9.30am). Breakfast is so so only, and didn't change much everyday.

Bathrm had an odour perhaps older pipes. Toilet was quite noisy.

Hotel room space enough for 3 adults and located near attractions. Hotel staffs are very helpful and able to store our luggage for couple of days on return trip around Hokkaido.

The hotel has a convenient location near Sapporo station and Tokyu mall. The rooms were spacious and can fit 3 single beds. The toilet in the room we stayed is a bit smelly

We had a beautiful room and location was very convenient to board the bus to go to Niseko. Staff were not friendly. Check in is at 3pm and they would not allow us to checkin when it was 2:52pm. They made us wait in the foyer which we felt made no sense. They also were unhelpful in providing information about where to board the bus to Niseko.

Location was very near Sapporo station (take exit 4 tokyo dept store which has an elevator) when you come woth luggages). Near all attractions. No free coffee. Room a little dated.

Great view of Mt Hakodate and 15 min walk to ropeway. We had a room facing the mountain, and it was very cozy waking up to the view with the coffee they provided. Hotel staff was very helpful in making phone calls to our other hotels in Japanese.
