Edelhof Sapporo was conveniently located between Odori and the JR Station, making most of the main attractions easily reachable on foot. Our was spacious and as it was located in one of the upper floors, had a lot of natural light (as well as nice views from the city). We highly recommend trying the spa, which was included in our room rate. It was a perfect way to finish a perfect day in Sapporo.

Except for the bed mattress (a bit hard for my taste) everything exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. They provided lots of amenities including pajamas and slippers. We enjoyed Onsen daily. We enjoyed the variety of food provided and the live cooking like scrambled eggs and salmon . I didn’t see ginger slices or fresh ginger or lemon to add in my raw fish. However, I experienced other sauces and fresh grapes and pineapple.

The onsen was very nice, and a wonderful highlight was that they provided a complimentary beer after the hot spring bath! It was a fantastic way to relax. We would definitely stay here again! As a small downside, we didn't like that the room TV only had local channels and lacked YouTube support. Adding smart features would make it perfect

We spent 4 nights here. Eligent breakfast room and buffet. It was a wonderful experience to dine there. The hotel is close to everything in Sapporo as well as a short walk to the train station. Every member of the staff was cheerful and extremely helpful. There was a trainee at reception who thought of things to help us with that I hadn't thought of. The Onsen was grand, and I used it at least twice a day. I think this hotel is a bargain and I would stay here again.

Located close to the station and surrounding shopping areas. The beauty of the building was only topped by the exquisite onses. 100% recommend especially for the price! Nothing.

Location was good and very easy to get to and from the airport and the different places we wanted to visit. The fact that there was no AC in the room was crazy!! I was sweating all night.

No control over room temperature. Thermostat was only heat. If you don't want it hot open the window and get woken up by sirens throughout thd night. Stingy on towels and other stuff. Beds are like plywood with a sheet. Onsen closes early.

The buffet is on the top of my list. Location was good for us, since we were visiting family. Someone was always available to assist us. The area and place felt very secured. I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioner was turned off and just the heater worked during our stay. It was fortunate that we could open the window for air. May be that was their intent to use natural source. The dryers didn’t function properly, we went through a few cycles until we were able to hang the clothes in our room.

The location is ideal for convenience to the Sapporo station and the main attractions within the city. The room furnishings and overall appearance looks tired (worn) and in need of a revamp.
