The room was fair, the standard size for business hotels in Japan. I did not know the breakfast was at Yayoiken. It was repetitive.

I loved the ONSEN available for clients. I would take a shower and relax every night there. Microwave on the basement was very useful too because I could prepare something for my son. Laundry (paid by coins) was also cheap and useful.

Excellent location, just a blocks from the South exit of Sapporo station. Very clean, larger than usual, especially when compared to APA hotel chain. Very noise proof, couldn't hear a thing from outside or next door. 10am checkout time, JPY 1k charge once you stay over.

VERY friendly and attentive staff!! Comfortable rooms and you can choose your pillow which helps sleep. Very near lots of tourist places, so you can walk.

Everything! It’s close to everything. Very clean. The staff are nice. The room is very clean and spacious. I would love to stay here again. None. I’ll definitely be back.

Location was walking distance to Susukino, train station, Odori Park and next door to Yayoi Restaurant. The name of the property we reserved and the actual name on the property were different and caused a bit of confusion.

Nice, clean business sized room (of standard size). I only stayed 2 nights and both were quiet. The bathhouse in the basement was great as well. I would probably stay again when i am in Sapporo. Close to all that i wanted to see. Everything was fine during my visit
