The deluxe twin room I booked was spacious and comfortable. Ample space for 3 big luggage. I really like that there’s a communal hot bath within the property. And the breakfast was fantastic too! Nothing

Perfect location; 2 blocks from the JR train station and nearby many restaurants. We loved the firm beds. The breakfast is a small selection compared to other hotels.

Located conveniently to the Sapporo Main station and comfortably sized onsen.

The room was fairly large by Japan standards, quiet, the king size bed was lovely and firm. There was free coffee in the lobby. The lattes were probably my favorite thing. Once check-in was out of the way, the front desk staff were helpful and kind. Check-in, without reservations, was complicated. Front desk finally told us to go ahead and book through booking.com directly to get the best rate. Doing so, we were able to get a great rate.

It was really close to Sapporo station. I liked that. Room was small and lacked space for clothing, etc. The breakfast was not worth the price.
