Fantastic onsen option a short stroll from Sapporo station. Only took breakfast once but it was very good. Quiet neighborhood and a FamilyMart next door. Not super close to subway / tram station.
-
The room and facilities were very nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious as well. It was a bit pricey for the room size and limited hotel facilities.
-
Nice corner room with tasty breakfast. Staff/service was mediocre for the price.

Breakfast was delicious. We ordered one morning's breakfast (they aren't free) and were served a traditional Japanese breakfast in the lobby. I had never had most of those foods before but I enjoyed every bite! Nothing! Frankly, I can't think of a way the visit could have gone better.

Really nice ryokan with a nice onsen and sauna. They give you robes for a true ryokan experience. I loved the snacks and tea they provide in the room, and the Hokkaido vanilla pops were so amazing, I sat and had a few after the onsen. Very nice minimalist modern design. Breakfast is on reservation only and they get filled fast, so we weren’t about to do the breakfast day off, unfortunately. The rooms were also a bit small so there’s not a lot of room for your luggages. The sofa bed is not as comfortable as the actual beds.

Just as it is advertised to be. A modern take on a Ryokan. Despite being very close to everything, it manages to be secluded and very relaxing. Loved the room and the onsen and the added touch of welcome drinks. Nothing!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent. We were within a 10-15 minute walk of almost everything we wanted to see and do, making it a perfect home base. The onsen was one of the highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, easy to use, and never felt crowded. On the women's side, there were both indoor and outdoor baths, a cold plunge, a sauna, and a massage water stream for your shoulders. Be sure to grab the complimentary ice cream afterward. Our corner room was peaceful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We loved the tatami flooring, the small low table and chairs, and the floor-to-ceiling corner windows. The blackout curtains worked wonderfully, and there were also sheer curtains for natural light during the day. The room was well equipped, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day. The room was cleaned meticulously. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. We didn't dine at the on-site restaurant, so we can't comment on the food, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Considering the quality of the accommodations, amenities, and location, we felt it was an excellent value. We'd happily stay here again. Happy with the coffee and snacks in the room. We didn’t opt in to the meals in the restaurant on site. Staff were helpful and welcoming. They also had great WiFi! We were within a 10-15 min walk of most all we wanted to do from here. Excellent price overall too. Nothing to say here.

Modern, clean and comfortable. I would have liked block out blinds. The early sunrise means an early wake up!
-
I would stay here again, it is just a little out of the way. But we easily walked to where we needed to go

This hotel has a mix of traditional and modern vibes. It’s feels zen inside due to its beautiful design and relaxing music and atmosphere. The place is very neat and welcoming. The staff is very accommodating. The set breakfast meal is a must. One of the best meals in Japan so far.

They treated us like a king and queen. Nice areas, room size was larger than I expected. There restaurants made us the best grill fish I’ve ever had. None
-
Nothing, it was an excellent stay and we will definitely be back.

Loved everything especially the onsen. The rooms were nice and comfortable as well. Nothing really bad to say about the property
-
Great location. Staff is very friendly. Good onsen. Very good tea moment in the afternoon. Room cleaning could be better. It was not bad, but some dust was in the toilet, for example.

Onsen. Friendly staff Nothing

Very beautifully designed, great onsen and kind/attentive staff Nothing

Loved the onsen, love the room decoration. Location is great. Amazing breakfast. The hotel is calm, peaceful, quiet. Great shower. Lovely view of the botanical garden outside. Will stay again when im in sapporo because genuinely i do not think that onsen can be beat esp with the great location and very comfortable beds. I wish they provided more towels. One is crazy especially when there are no towels in the bathing area. My towel got wet so fast coming from the bath and i had to put clothes on my wet body to go downstairs and ask for another. I also wish there was a microwave and better fridge in the room. The fridge is broken/too hot with a label on it that its not getting cool enough and to ask staff for fridge in the lobby. A shame because i wanted to save some food to have later, but felt nervous to bother staff.

Onsen Ryokan is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. The rooms have a traditional updated feel to them.
