The food is good and nice variety We're in the hot spring and suddenly a staff came and told out to leave. We have no idea what's going on as the staff member was speaking to us in Japanese except all we know is to leave the hot spring. We didn't do anything that except being in the water itself. Not impressed!

This was my second time staying at Premier Hotel-CABIN-Sapporo. It's super convenient, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is amazing, and the free onsen was welcome!

Not all the staff speak english, even the FO staff, G translate will definetly need.

The hit spring is very good!

The onsen was good and hot (but there was a tv playing in the outdoor Onsen, quite weird), the location was good. The breakfast was good compared to nicer hotels we stayed in. Good options for both Japanese and western style breakfast. The staff was helpful when we needed them, overall the place worked for a very busy time of year (snow festival) but was really just a mediocre hotel. The lobby smelled horribly of cleaner (or perfume?) and cigarettes making coming and going very unpleasant. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. The window in our room was up against a wall, within a few feet, giving the already small room a very claustrophobic feel. There were no obvious stars to use, and when I asked I was told by one staff member there were no stairs to use. The most off putting thing was the smell in the lobby, but they did have corn soup in the lobby one day for guests which was very nice to walk into from the cold and snow.

The location is excellent. The sento is as well. Excellent breakfast, great value for money, local products and really delicious. Very nice staff. It hasn’t been renovated in a while and it shows. But it is clean.

Overall great value for money, comfortable stay for us of 5 people, there is traditional spa/sauna and very nice breakfast. But only only downside for us as family being it can be challenging finding a place for dinner in the busy Susukino district popular for nighlife as we tried so many restaurants there and being turned away due to no reservations. We found much better success for restaurants near the Sapporo train station, albeit still wait time for some popular restaurants. None

Superb breakfast. Spacious room size. Onsen is great. Quite a walk from Susukino station. (600 m.maybe.)

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

The breakfast was wonderful; the best. The onsen has the just right location. The beds were comfortable and look pretty. It looks so nice I didn’t realized the smoking room. NOTHING AT ALL!

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

The onsen facilities are amazing! The roof in the winter time was much needed! There’s a strong smell of cigarettes the minute you walk into the lobby and that smell leaks into the rooms! We were on the top floor and all you smell is cigarettes while sleeping

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Onsen, breakfast (had to pay extra 1800 yen, but it’s worth it), free amenities, separated 2 piece pajamas Entrance smelled like tobacco since there was a smoking area right by the front door.

    Hot springs!

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

I liked how close it was to the commercial area. A couple of our mattresses were stained, not clean. The room size, I know 4 people can sleep but there's got to be room to move around, it almost seems that this was a two bed room and they just threw two extra futons and made it a 4 person room. The elevator door does not stay open very long and it does not sense when people are trying to enter, it's quite dangerous.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Good location, a few minutes walk from the main comercial area. Friendly staff and nice check in. The basic room it's extremely basic. Old facilities, smelly carpet. Needs a renew asap.

This is our second time staying here, and we love it. A little bit far from the station, but it's whole package that makes it worth it.

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

    Very good

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

Great value for money! I booked the superior cabin room which was the right amount of space for my ski bag and luggage. The unlimited use of sento (bath house) was included in my stay!

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

A short walk from Susukino station. The room has everything you need and there's amenities and a laundry room downstairs on the reception ground floor. Microwaves and vending machines are on the reception level and on 2 other levels. They had free hand warmers at reception which was kind of them and luggage storage. The Onsen is really nice with indoor and outdoor baths, pots to sit in and a sauna. Our room was missing a small table and a chair. We only know this because they were in our room last time we stayed here. The room felt a bit older and less maintained then last time we were here. There was a trouser press machine which was big and took up space in the room. Last time we stayed here which was a couple of years ago but the open air onsen allowed snow to fall in and it was so magical being up there when it was snowing with snow falling on you while you were in the hot water. This time only the men’s onsen allowed snow to fall though the roof and not the women’s which was really disappointing. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for my birthday so I could have that magical snowy onsen experience again. I was very disappointed. One of the onsen staff who was taking a bath after the onsen staffing hours finished was gossiping to another woman about me. I guess they didn't realise I could understand Japanese being a western girl.
