Public bath was very crowded and I just bumped some rude guests during using it. A guest left her personal belongings to reserve shower area even though she was not using that time. A guest was took facial soup without asking even though I was still using that time. I saw a guest use a washbowl to store her belonging in bath. I has been using public bath in different hotel but this was first time experience like that. Otherwise we enjoyed to stay in this place.

Location, friendly staff, facility. I want to give special praise to Mr. Matsui. He goes above and beyond his duty, help me call my prior hotel to get my iPad return to me in 5 hrs. I left it at jozankei resort which is 1.5 hrs drive. My previous hotel was also very kind, returned to me in evening. Without me.matsui extra help, I would not have gotten my family photos back. Mission complete. Thank you so much, Mr. Matsui. Nothing

Hospitality and atmosphere were great. The public bath at B1 was an great Oasis after heavy walking days. It was my first time visiting Sapporo. Compare to other hotels in other Asia cities, this hotel is too humble within the similar range of the budget. Room size is quite tight as typical hotels in Japan.

Love this place and the buffet! Will definitely come back here again

The hotel is close to the train station and the mall, so it’s super convenient, as for the room, it’s clean, and enough for 2-3 nights .. nothing luxurious, but really we didn’t need that as we were outside most of the time if the day. There are 3 washing machines in the woman section, and 2 for man. Nice Onsen. There are no toiletries in the room, you need to take them from the lobby.

Nice location, clean, friendly staff, laundry service available, onsen onsite Lots of customers at onsen, could get crowded

The location was great. Good food. Staff was very nice & polite. Nothing. We enjoyed our stay.

Close proximity to Sapporo Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. . Onsen style spar was very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating to our needs. We wanted to reduce the number of luggage being taken on the train to Chitose airport and the staff arrange for two our luggage being delivered to Chitose International departure terminal for pickup and check in on our departure date. Also, due to the Golden Week holidays, it was difficult to arrange dinner reservations- the staff made numerous calls and we were able to obtain reservations. They even called a taxi and gave the cabdriver our restaurant location in Japanese so that there were no problems. Room cleaning is not daily but on the 3rd day of our stay.

Clean and modern, comfortable Rooms are a little small
-
Room is pretty big for its location near Sapporo Station. Guests have access to a large public onsen style bath. The breakfast menu is outstanding for Japanese morning cuisine. The staff was very helpful Room cleaning service is offered every other day meaning that the house cleaning staff will leave a package of new towels and pajamas on the second day of your stay and do room cleanup on the 3rd day Many other hotels do daily cleaning but ask if you’d like to skip changing the sheets daily to help preserve the environment.
