Very decent and convenient business hotel. The room was very clean and it had a nice window and could see the street. Central location. Nothing fancy but it did the job for 1 night in Sapporo. You can rent things like a humidifier or water boiling pot if you need them in your room. Can gave free coffee/tea in their little common area until 9pm. The room was very hot all the time and the temperature was controlled by the hotel and you could not lower it. I had to sleep with the window a bit open.

Near to station and convenience stores, also the staff is very friendly although they struggle a bit speaking in English but with some Japanese Key words, you are good to go There is only 1 coin laundry and 1 clothes dryer

The staff were helpful and the location was convenient. Amenities were satisfactory enough and everything was in working order. Should be called the Stanky hotel because the smell in my room was almost unbearable the first night. Lots of wear and tear, stains, etc. and the bathroom was very small.

Swanky hotel is an older hotel and you get that vibe. However it is a very nice hotel, staff are professional and hospitable, they were able to accomodate our requests. Breakfast is just breads but we could take them to our room which meant we could sleep in. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. If you are a big fella keep this in mind. However for a few nights it’s okay to handle.

We were greeted by English-speaking staff, which was very nice! breakfast includes a couple of varieties of rolls and a drink

The location. The room was very small for two people. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the sink in the washroom had cracks in it. Ok, for night, but I won't recommend it for longer stays . The breakfast was not good at all.

Everyday basic breakfast was a bonus. They have paid parking but a little far from the hotel. The correspondence/appearance of staff can be better.

Running coffee...location and breakfast! Instruction from susukino can be improved... From exit 4 , turn right, pass by Lawson, untill you see APA Hotel, turn left, you'll see Diner Bell 24 hours signboard, and toyota/toyopet and small Aeon. Tadaaa...the hotel just beside key-shop and Gengis Ramen Restaurant.
