The hotel is situated walking distance to both the Odori Park station and Susukino Station. The room is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It provides many amenities that can be picked up from the hotel lobby. The seafood breakfast buffet was one of the reasons I chose this hote and it did not disappoint. Love the sashimi selections and the crab legs are good, too. For the table inside the room, there's no light fixture above it. So when eating snacks at the table, it's very dim.

Breakfast was wonderful seafood was fresh and delicious . They served Japanese and western food and enjoyed both. A wide variety and many good choices. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and called a taxi for us when at departure . Would stay again . Subway station was about not too far to walk . Nor applicable .

Helped us to arrange a private guided tour in very affordable cost The standard room for two is too small without a reasonable room for two luggage .it is designed for domestic travel with small trolly . We had to change the room to bigger one with additional cost .

It was the best experience I could've asked for. The breakfast is wonderful, the staff is adorable, and the only reason I hesitated to post this review is so that I can come again without prices skyrocketing :)

Flexibility of the reception personnel and the welcome drink. As well as the size of the bathroom. A bit of walk from the nearest transport options - trams and subway.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was an absolutely incredible buffet with a huge variety of local ingredients.
