Clean, well maintained and safe n secure Hot water wasn't very reliable

Clean and warm Automated checkin felt very impersonal and insecure. Unusual setup with 6 beds in one room. No windows.

The accommodation is clean, big and comfortable, suitable for families. We love the private onsen especially the kids as this is the first time they are experiencing the onsen and they are too shy to go to a public bath. Check in on the day was really smooth and easy coz we did a pre check in to save time. The instructions to self check in and get to the place were clear. There's also a nice sushi restaurant and Lawsons just a stone's throw away. Nothing much to complain about.

It was a unique stay! Generally clean and the location is good if you have a car. The lack of windows was a little strange but that can't be helped.

It was a very cool and nice place to stay. Very clean, and in a great location. The private onsen is amazing.

The property is well equipped and quite comfortable. The spring water is limited to 50L and it takes about 45 minutes to one hour to fill the bathtub. You need to call them for more spring water and will be given the next day if you need. It’s not convenient if you are travelling with kids and elderly and if everyone wants to enjoy a hot bath as we are not used to do bath altogether.

Super spacious. Love the onsen. Check in process was smooth and easy. Nothing much. I guess the only thing was with the parking. When u first reach the place u wont know u are assign to room 1 or 2. But u cant just park anywhere in the carpark.

Convenient location and Free Parking. Very close to the Park, good for Cherry Blossom Viewing. Not far from Mount Moiwa ropeway making a night visit very easy. -Apartment is not functionally designed and Window is far too high and internal lighting is poor (very dim) - Poor ventilation even with air condition in the room centre and it feel dampened - Kitchenware is not in good condition - When we check in, it was found that there was water ankle deep in stone bath, gave off a feeling of uncleanliness so we end up didn’t use the Hot spring bath as it was advertised

First, location is not good. It's far away from the street car stop, and there are not signs indicating the place until you are literally there. Second, the instructions to check in are not clear: there are codes in 2 separated emails, and a QR code. We managed our way in, exhausted, and completed the check-in on a tablet, and then we were told we needed to talk to an operator who would give us the last code to our room. First time we called nobody picked up. Second time, maybe because neither us or the operator are native English speakers, we waited for a code that never appeared. We hung up, and the check-in process apparently was canceled. We did it again, talked to the operator and only when she hung up we got the room code. After that everything was good. The last thing is the room is also an Airbnb.

The property is spacious, very accommodating, and is perfect for long stays. Everything was wonderful during my stay. It is an incredible experience having a hot spring bath in your room! I had no complaints
