Room size is good for solo traveller, however, it will be small if it's with accompany. There's a smell in the room and the corridor, not sure whether it's the smell of smoke.

Room smelt like smoke. Even after opening the windows, the smell of smoke permeated from all furniture & bedding. Felt like breathing second hand smoke all night Very small rooms and beds

The hotel itself is very nice, the room is small but comfy. The location- it is in the middle of the city, easy to access (the airport shuttle drops you in front of the hotel; however there is no escape from the city, the shortest rides to nature are min 2 hrs not including the traffic jams.

The location of the Hotel is so strategic and had great stay.

Cheap-ish hotel not far from the hot zones of Sapporo Station and Odori. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there are a couple of convenience markets around. The room was clean and the staff nice, helping us choosing an onsen. I also loved having a kettle in the room. The room was clearly a single, but marketed as a double: that is, small bed and nearly no room for anything else. The bathroom was also somewhat small, but that seems to be a feature of all Japanese hotels. There was no breakfast.

Good location by the subway and next to several eating places. Fridge was cold and total room size was surprisingly big. The staff failed to give me replacement garbage bags multiple times for my room despite me repeatedly asking them and being told "okay" by the women at the front desk. I don't know if someone forgot or made a mistake but I had to pay out of pocket for some plastic bags to put my garbage in. The room AC also stopped working the second day, but it was fixed by the hotel that same day.
