Okay for one night. Needs major updates.

One other thing…when we got in the room the phone was flashing like it had voicemails. It was a bright red light. When I checked….there were FOUR from January and March… it was late June… that flashing light would have bothered me, and I was surprised that they hadn’t been deleted before.

Super poor prepared breakfast , when I asked about refilling a station I received a no because it was as while supplies lasted , I never heard of that when providing breakfast

Check in was fine, the woman at the desk was pleasant. The hotel does not seem to be maintained very well. There was a liner in the bathtub that was peeling up and there was what appeared to be black mold underneath. My daughter and I both noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and just hope it wasn't from an overflowing toilet above us. I understand the hotel cannot control what guests do but there was a couple screaming at each other for an extended period of time. At one point a small child joined in. The light on the phone was blinking that there was a message. I tried to clear it so we wouldn't have it flashing in our faces all night but there were 14 messages and the process was too long so we just put a towel over it. My main complaint may not be completely their fault because we also experienced this in Mississippi but the room was so humid and damp that even in the bed under sheets we felt wet. I understand humidity and living in the gulf but it was uncomfortable and felt gross to stay in. Combined with the water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom we felt this was too much. There was breakfast but nothing we were interested in eating and there was a woman sleeping/passed out in a chair, it was uncomfortable.

It was very ckean. We left it very clean. We still don't have our deposit back in our account so we really need that back today. Thank you!

Breakfast was sparse at best. One bruised banana (no other fruit), two packets of grits (had to search for them), no butter. Plenty of warm oatmeal and hot coffee (creamer was questionable). No juice. Bed slept well, room was clean and cool, and bathroom was clean. Needed more towels. Outdoor pool was not clean/unusable. Big disappointment.

Our room had mold in it. I woke up sick from the mold. Itchy watery eyes, congestion, and a runny nose. It went away a few hours after we left. The room also had several outlets that didn’t work at all and were taped over. Breakfast was pretty non existent as well.

Everything was clean. Only fault is it needs some updates.

Location was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. Room was overall clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was very cold, just how I like it. The pool was cloudy and needed to be shocked. There was some mold and water damage in the bathroom. I think it's just a tad overpriced.

Good location off a major highway. Compared to the surrounding hotels this was a good value. It was a little difficult to get to from the main street. The parking lot was small, there was another small parking area on the side of the hotel . Unknown to me there was a 50 dollar deposit. The lady at the front desk said it was supposed to be refunded within a few days, it's been over a week and the money has not been refunded, now have spend my time trying to get my money refunded.
