This was a nice property that was convenient to several restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff was great as there was an issue with the AC in our assigned room. Went back to the desk and were immediately switched to another room. The selections at breakfast were very good and there was plenty to choose from.

When we arrive the front desk attend was not very welcoming, not sure if she was tried or didn't getting enough sleep, it was about 3p. She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. She stated we book full and she didn't know what to tell me. She will get the maintenence there in the morning, she stated she couldn't move us to another room because there wasn't any left. She stated she was going to call her Manager, i really didn't care who she called we're to old to be talking a COLD SHOWER. Thanks to whoever she talked with, she moved us the next day. And our stay was much better.

Bed was made, but room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. No liners in trash bins, not even a full roll of toilet paper in bathroom, and hairs all over shower and bathroom floor. It was gross.

The worst was probably the condition of the bathroom. Floor tiles were loose and/or broken. Desperately needs a redo.

The staff was exceptional welcoming. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and recommendations for places to dine.

The beds were very comfotable but the a/c had an irritating whistle noise everytime it came on so we just turned it off. The room was clean and the checkin lady was very nice. They ran out of coffee at breakfast and the toaster didn't work. All in all, we would stay here again.
