Epirus Hotel

Excellent location on the beach, stayed in family villa, wonderful for a family of 6, easy to get to beach, plenty of beach chairs (bring your own towels) great lunch on property, easy walk to restaurants, shops, lovely breakfast, parking included, fun music and beachside vibes-thank you Mehti for making us feel like family! (Your Shkodran friends!) Fridge was tricky, kept shutting off and our drinks would get warm when we wanted cold water. Tv and washer wouldn’t work but asked for help and staff came to assist ASAP, thank you!

This review is specifically for the penthouse apartment. Incredibly spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and beautiful apartment. The deck is almost as large as the inside. We were happy to find a washing machine, daily room cleaning, free parking for our car, four beach beds for our family of 4 & breakfast included. The shower didn’t match the rest of the apartment. It’s just a handheld sprayer that awkwardly attached at an angle and would consistently fall off. Since there is no shower door, it would then spray the rest of the bathroom unexpectedly. But the pressure and heat was sufficient so we managed. This apartment is on the 5th floor but be aware the elevator stops on the fourth. The staff gladly helped us carry our bags up when we checked in.

The staff was great, very nice, and very helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel has its own beach which is really great! The hotel provides parking near by for the guests. The hotel is pretty old, and it seems the rooms are not very well maintained. The location is a little far from the center, about 20 mins walking

The restaurant staff could have been better

Location was perfect. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shops. We stayed in the penthouse so we also had an amazing roof top terrace with beach views. The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed evertyhing.

We stayed in the Penthouse. 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family and the ENORMOUS patio overlooking the sea was so cool. Very clean, comforting and great overall.

Exceptional

The penthouse apartment has a really good view. The staff was really sweet and helpful. We even met the owner who was very friendly. There’s a dog on the premises whose name is Maslum and he’s the best thing about the property :) Nothing to mention.

Great location, just a bit away from all the buzz of the tourist strip, close enough to all amenities and services. Amazing view of the Ionian sea and Corfu. Breakfast is freshly cooked every day from local ingredients. Even in low season, in January. We stayed in the 5th floor apartment which is just perfect for families, as well as for couples. The owner is present during breakfast serving you freshly squeezed orange juice.

Triple room was comfortable, nice balcony and clean. Breakfast was a good spread with new Albanian treats to try each morning and the private beach is lovely, not at all crowded in October! Location is a bit out of town but no more than 15 min walk from Central and the promenade and great restaurants nearby. Shower makes the room a bit wet but pretty standard. Beach is rocky as are most in the area.

Really excellent location, a manageable walk from the port/strip. The beach there with included sunbeds was perfect. The staff were really nice and they have a great included breakfast with lots of variety. Lots of food options nearby and good wifi The toilet wasn’t working and we kept asking for them to fix it but they never did. The shower temperature control was very bad

Exceptional

The hotel beach was great. The hotel is slightly outdated but a great price/quality ratio. The breakfast was good. Saw the owner yelling to the employees in the front of everyone

The penthouse is fabulous value. A million dollar view makes up many times over for any small negatives. Just small things such as a few fittings in the room needed maintenance. The included breakfast was not as good as others have reported, but it was OK.

- First of all, I’d like to give my greatest thanks to this lady at the reception who upgraded us to a bigger room with an amazing sea view! - Really good air conditioning in the room. - helpful staff! - Ok breakfast with some varieties. - Great wifi! And u could still be connected by the beach - good sun lounger - Huge balcony and u could just sit there and enjoy the view. - Good value for the money. - Not that far from the center. Walk takes only 10-12 minutes. - Market, tour agencies, bars and restaurants near the hotel. - There is only one elevator and it is pretty slow. This can be an inconvenience. These are just some minor things that could be improved: - it would be nice if there was a trash can in the room instead of one trash can in the bathroom - a small soap dish would be nice to have so that it can stay in one place

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a nice view. Private beach so felt like you could leave your belongings and they would be secure. Overall good value for money. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre but you do have a private beach which is lovely and local bars and restaurants. Breakfast options could be slightly better but other than this no complains.
