Hotel Saranda Palace

Beautiful property. Everything was excellent. Nothing.

Location was good. Cleaning staff was very prompt and helpful. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My wife has back problem and the receptionist denied any help and even did not provide an extra quilt or bedding. Breakfast was sub standard, also no tea kettle provided in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Saranda Palace! The hotel offers excellent facilities and everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing with beautiful views and a great atmosphere. One of the best parts of the stay was the beach access, which made it very convenient to enjoy the sea and spend peaceful time by the water. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, Saranda Palace provided a wonderful and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Saranda and would love to stay here again! The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable overall. While nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, there was enough choice to suit different tastes and start the day well.

The checkin was very fast and nice. The ladies at the checkin desk were very nice. The whole pool is deep. There is no shallow end. You step in and boom are underwater. The breakfast is fine not varied and the yogurt should be in ice/refrigerated.

Great location, near main walking area & many restaurants a few feet away. They have a small private beach, rocky like most beaches in that area, and another bigger beach area right next door with easy access. Very clean and very friendly staff, shout out to Oria and the front desk team, you were wonderful! Great food nice chef! Get the rooms with sea view, they are larger with nicer views. 30-40 feet of uphill walk when leaving hotel to main road but thats not the hotels fault, and definately nothing big to consider.

Beachfront Don’t stay here… the beds were hard as rocks, we had a day without water - literally stopped working while my husband was showering - and the hotel had so many rules like no food allowed. Only food on the premises allowed was from their overpriced restaurant that takes forever (also, no one was eating there). We came home with leftovers one night and we were rudely scolded by the front desk girl that it wasn’t allowed (we had leftover BREAD).

A nice hotel offering good value for money — perfect for a short, relaxing stay.

The pool and beach access were amazing! Views are beautiful. Perfect location if you want to stay away from the crowd but still want to be walking distance to the main area. I think the breakfast can be much better. Sunbeds close to beach needs replacement. They are now old and no longer as clean

Private beach and pool, no loud music blasting Shower built in a way that floods the whole bathroom each time, common areas not clean and guests not made to feel welcome at the end of the season by removing aun loungers and beds before guests have left. Breakfast lady was the best of staff.

The location and the view. Special mention to the breakfast lady, she was lovely.

Location by the sea, the hotel has its own pool and beach strip. 10-15 minutes walk to the center. There is a parking lot for guests

Great hotel in Saranda! The room 408 was spacious, with high ceilings. The HK service was very professional, wet towels exchanged every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast is good, although not great… I was missing a bit variety, every day the buffet was this same. The facilities are great, large swimming pool, bar open late. During short rain one night I woke up with water dripping straight on my forehead :) Luckily it was fixed next day.

The pool and beach area are very nice. As well as the overall facilities. The breakfast was well assorted and was extended until 10.30 AM. The staff left a lot to be desired. Little information was told and there was an overall lack of proactiveness. The hotel is old and has been renovated a bit. However, for the price could be better.

Private Beach was excellent. Stunning views from balcony. Location was great, short walk to centre with lots of nice food spots . Accomadation very clean and staff are accomadating. Hard to complain about anything really. Breakfast was okay, but might not suit everyone's tastes.

Great balcony view, we spent hours watching the boating world go by ? The pool is lovely and there are loads of sun loungers by the pool and at the beach, no need to "reserve" one with your towel....we were there in mid Sep mid due, might be different in the peak summer season. The breakfast was OK, nothing special and a notch below most hotel buffet breakfasts in this price bracket. Reception staff could have been friendlier, we received a monotone robotic speel about all the hotel rules regarding what you could and couldn't do, a smile and a warm welcome goes a long way ? The bathroom could do with an upgrade, looking very tired.
