San Angelo Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Nothing. Do not stay here!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our room was tiny, had visible mold, a broken shower that sprayed water everywhere, and then we found ants crawling throughout the room and our bed. The music at the pool was unbelievably loud. You couldn’t even hear the person next to you talking. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is absolutely not the place. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, but after just 1 night we couldn’t take it anymore and checked out. When we reported the issues, the hotel’s solution was to move us to another room for one night and then tell us we’d have to move again the following day because that room was already booked. Even the new room wasn’t very clean, and after finding ants, we never felt comfortable staying there. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to reimburse us for any of the issues we experienced. We had no choice but to pay out of our own pocket for another hotel just to salvage the rest of our vacation. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. There are far better hotels in Sarandë that actually care about their guests. The staff here were AWFUL human beings. Enjoy the photos.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to many restaurants and other areas. The room was small but had a fantastic view. The parking situation was a bit tricky. The parkade has a steep ramp and parking is limited. However, we always managed to find it. The glass in the shower isn’t large enough and the water got absolutely everywhere, all over the floor each time we used it. We had to get extra towels to leave on the floor.

The hotel is beautiful and has a great beach with plenty of sun beds.. Mary, the receptionist, was also very kind.. Evidently, I showed up on a “pool party” day, and the music was so loud that I ended up leaving the same day I checked in.. I booked the hotel because usually adults only means it’s quieter, but it was the loudest hotel I have ever experienced in the 50 countries I’ve travelled..

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was very good, from the atmosphere to the overall service. We truly enjoyed our time there and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. A very special thanks to Samuel, Darlyn, Cherry, and Padma for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help at any time, which made our experience even more special. We would also like to thank the manager for being so kind and welcoming with us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back again! The breakfast was a bit disappointing and below the standard expected for a hotel like this.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a pleasure. Marco was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms were decorated really well and nice. The breakfast was good too. The coctails were very very good. Some staff members were very nice too(a supervisor from Marroco and the lady from Indonesia) Some things were going not as planned. 1) Arrived to the hotel at 2:05PM, the room supposed to be ready at 2PM. A receptionist said that the room is not ready yet and offered to go to the pool area to relax. Said that they are going to call us when the room is ready. Around 3:45PM I havent got any info about our room from the receptionist. Decided to go back to the reception and check. They said that its finally ready. Cool. Picked up my luggages and went up. Guess what, i opened the door and find another couple there laying in the bed. The couple from England were nice tho lol, but I was frustrated. The check in after a long driving to this hotel was about to turn a nightmare. Went back to the reception, had a discussion, I requested a partial refund, but got some discount at their restaurant and bar for the first dinner. Another thing we didnt like here, the sun beds were very old. They give some towels to cover them, but the towels are turned gray’ish already. Just old. Just need to replace it. Another thing. I dont know maybe its the room, but we could clearly hear what happening in the hall. Ir looked like we dont even have a door. The cleanness of the room wasnt good. When you pay 250€ a night for the LUXURY hotel, you dont want to pickup black hair from the floor and in the balcony. Another thing, the spa zone it just ridiculous, we dont even try it cus when we went down to check the jacuzzi was without a door and you could see the under ground parking lot and all the smells from the cars. Mmm. Overall, The hotel has a nice staff, its not their fault that the sunbeds are old or the rooms doors are bad. The hotel just needs a renovation. We expected to get a better room when we paid like twice than an avg. price in Albania. The location wasnt for us too. But it wasnt bad.

Bad service we came to celebrate the first anniversary . We got a room on the first floor with a low level of cleanliness. The telephone didn't work. Everything we wanted was to go down to the reception. They promised to fix the phone the next day, but it was a lie. In addition, there was a blockage in the shower. Every time someone wanted to take a shower, they had to wait until the water came down. A worker came to fix it. He didn't clean up after There was music noise from a room next to us late at night. We will never return to this place.

It was a nice experience overall, facilities were clean. Darilyn and the other Staff were very courteous and helpful. Did not experience evening dining as restaurant was still closed at the time and hopefully looking forward to that in my next visit.

Nothing, I was there off season but still could enjoy the pool and facilities. I am sure that during high season would be even better.
