Great hotel with nice private beach and very friendly staff

Hotel Joni is on the perfect location with good beach,the staff was great..we had a great time there

The room was very small and the bed a bit hard.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location is great, close to the beach and other attractions, which made it very convenient for us. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh food. Overall, excellent service, great atmosphere, and good value for money. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was super easy — Jason was very kind and welcoming. We didn’t realize we needed to bring our own beach towels, but he generously lent us some for our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety including fresh fruit, bread, cereal, coffee, juices, tea, sweets, sausages, and vegetables. Rubin was exceptional — always kind, helpful, and full of great tips for exploring the city and even for visiting Tirana. The bar and restaurant were also quite good. Since we were traveling light, we asked about laundry services, and the owner (a lovely lady) kindly offered to do our laundry at no cost — such a thoughtful gesture! The beach nearby was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and swimming. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Finding the place was a bit tricky at first since it’s located behind another building off the main street and there isn’t a visible sign for the complex. Once we arrived, though, everything went smoothly.

The staff was welcoming. Towels were changed everyday. The room and furnitures look old. The bathroom should be renovated as it’s old and rusted.

The hotel was affordable very convenient. City center, private beach, free parking and the staff was very welcoming. Me and my family of 4 had an amazing time. N/A

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right next to the beach, and the food was absolutely delicious. This place truly feels like home – highly recommended!

Everything was good. Location, hygiene, view, breakfast. Hotel has own private beach. The town center is in walking distance, where you can find restaurants. Ferry to Greece is like 10 or 12 mjns walk. Many supermarkets within a few mins walk. Owners/staff are very nice and helpful people. They helped us with taxi, day outs plans/recommendation.

I and my wife were looking for a lovely hotel with a sea view and beach front, and we absolutely got a banger. It was more than what we wanted. The beach front is amazing. Take the lift downtairs, and in 1 minute, you're at the beach front. There are cool beach beds and shades where you can relax and absorb all the beautiful sunshine and the sound of the waters. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, lovely daily breakfast (always more than enough), friendly and nice staff, Xheison was an amazing staff member, always happy to help with anything we needed. We spent 5days at this hotel there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is about 12mins walk to the heart of the city and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores 4-5mins walk from the hotel. WiFi was fast as well. I and my wife will definitely come back sometime in the future ?. This hotel is highly recommended. Absolutely nothing for the time period we stayed.

Property is very close to the centre It is not at all a 4 star Accomodation and staff need to be more careful and with guest needs and requests. Not to mention that many guests where in overbooking ( us included) It should be clearly specified that once you pay for a sea view room they have different categories of view. Breakfast quality and variety was very poor. At 9.30 most of the food was gone and there was no refill

Everything was great there ,neat and beautiful rooms The workers there were kind and supportive at all times.They even give you options of rooms to choose from .

I thought the location was great it was easy to walk to from the port terminal and easy walking into the strip if you fancied it, really good value for money. It’s amazing having it be oceanfront, as you can be straight into the sea very easily. It’s good that the sunbeds are included in the price. Breakfast was a great spread, we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels being provided everyday. My only negative is that the beds were a bit hard for me I would have preferred something softer but I’m aware that’s a personal preference.
