Hotel Summer

Located right on the beach. It comes with amazing views of the beach and port and water. It also comes with all the noise. We stayed here 5 nights, and one of them there was a loud party on the beach that lasted until 4am. No sleep that night. The rooms here are a little on the smaller side, but they are clean and modern. The staff was amazing. They helped us park, because it is not obvious where it is. They helped us with our bags up and down the 2 flights of stairs to our room. I would recommend this place if you want to be right in the middle of all the action in Sarande.

I don't like to carry on the luggages on the stairs up & down especially early check out nobody that you can ask for a help. Like the location it's a beach front

The location is EXCELLENT It is right next to the bus stop that takes you to Ksamil and right next to the beach. My room had an amazing view The staff are AMAZING and so friendly especially one of the house keeping staff (blond lady) she is very nice and always ready to help and always wears a smile on her face. Unfortunately the room is not clean at all. It was very dusty I had to use my wipes to clean the tables etc. The bathroom had a water leak and the shower is extremely small! The property is lacking maintenance (very obvious) The room had small ants!! And I saw a cockroach once in their hall way The bathroom door and design is very old like from the 1980s I asked for an ironer which they brought to me. After a while, one of the guests knocks my door and was like “I need the ironer” so I told him “doesn’t this ironer stays with me! You can ask for another one from the reception” he literally replied “we share this ironer” so basically the whole hotel shares ONE ironer!! The hotel laundry (where they wash and iron the bedsheets and towels) was literally in front of my room!! It is located between the guests rooms!! I was hearing the washing machine sometimes from my room which is annoying. The walls between the rooms are not actually walls, they are Gypsum board!! So whenever one of the hotel guests slams the door, my room wall SHACKS literally!

Great location. Excellent staff and really good food. The AC was iffy but overall an amazing experience.

- The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything - Amazing sea views - The only waiter who spoke English was friendly and helpful - The room was overall good and seemed clean, but the room had very bad planning, show me that designer who thought that putting all electric plugs in the room on height 2m above the ground is good idea (see photo) - The shower was a disaster, so uncomfortable, when you shower the water floods entire bathroom - The stuff in the restaurant (where you check-in and check-out) was not friendly at all, you try to ask them questions and they just ignore you. The was one guy who spoke English on decent level, and he was our saviour all 4 days that we stayed, we basically could communicate only with him. - The breakfast was very mediocre, fried eggs had poor taste, and the coffee was the worst that we drunk in many years. On the 4th day we were really considering if it is better to just skip the breakfast and go to some restaurant instead. - On our last day since we had early check-out somehow we managed to agree that they will pack breakfast for us (ham and cheese sandwiches and juice). Turns out that gave us sandwiches with expired ham and cheese, we were able to eat just a bit to feel that but it was enough for us to get food poisoning for the next 2 days!!! The juice was expired as well, we didn’t try it, but on the box was clearly stated that expiration date was March of 2024 (we stayed in the hotel on October of 2024). - They refused to accept payment by credit card even though on booking confirmation it was clearly stated that hotel accepts only cards. We ended up paying in cash.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the promenade is right in front of the hotel so if you don't like the bust noise this isn't the right place, but I loved it so much for the convenience and the view

The balcony and view were fantastic. Room very small which I didn't mind. Bed very comfortable. Staff were very nice. Bathroom very dated which is OK except mold by shower, shower curtain stained, water didn't drain fast enough so always came over small shower tray. Breakfast poor, no fresh fruit, just omelette and bread. I actually wouldn't have minded all those things if the price had reflected it. Definitely overpriced compared to others with a good view.

Property location is very good and also the restaurant is one of the best restaurant you can eat seafood people on the property. They are very friendly. Thanks to everyone who work there Good view, good sport close to everything
