Breakfast is nice, but again it's not a 5 stars hotel breakfast!

Great for parking and perfect for location if you want to be near the boardwalk. Not on the sea side but across the street and great view

The location is very convenient, close to the center. The pool is great, breakfast delicious. The staff is polite and helpful, the room spacious and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach.

Beautiful reception area and overall good location. It is definitely not value for money. The staff tried its best and some very friendly. There were though several bad situations. Like cancellation of a confirmed late pickup in Ksamil after waiting 50 minutes with smaller children. The hotel pool was all blurry and not properly cleaned. A lot of quests became sick at the same time. Pool or food we do not know. Outside guests were allowed at the pool area which made especially weekends a really bad experience. Breakfast was simply not good enough. Very basic and boring and what you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Restaurant for dinner also disappointing and almost non existing. Spa was closed (entire season) due to lack of staff. But everywhere on websites etc this is not mentioned. Further smaller issues just made the overall experience disappointing. Like asking for a duvet and never heard anything back. No coffee for the in room coffee machines. Even cups were removed and not replaced. No extra toilet paper. Limited numbers of key cards made it a daily discussion with reception when forgotten or left behind.

None the amenities such as the spa pool bar and hotel bar were open due to staff shortages so that was very disappointing.

Over priced terrible service

The view from the room was great. We stayed at this hotel for a relaxing weekend and it was our choise due to the spa service, which were unfortunately unavailable — despite being advertised as active (in the room description) and included in the room rate. This was very disappointing. We were given a sea view room instead of side view for this, but it wasnt what we needed. Sunday morning was disrupted by noise in the corridors, as housekeeping staff were loudly trying to communicate with reception over the phone. The breakfast itself was also underwhelming for a 5-star hotel — very limited and lacking in quality. Service at reception was poor. At check-out, we had to wait over 20 minutes, and although we confirmed the minibar usage, the receptionist insisted on personally verifying it, which felt inappropriate for a hotel of this supposed standard. Overall, not worth the price or the 5-star rating. Disappointing experience.

Location. Clean room & nice view We went in first week of April. All the amenities were closed. Breakfast was included but no breakfast served.

Great hotel. However, restaurant and spa were advertised, but neither were open. Price was expensive compared to other 5 star hotels in Albania. Overall a distinctly average experience.
