The bathroom was small and shower leaked water everywhere. Plastic shower curtain didn't cut it.

I like the girl in the reception her name was Elionora she was very nice from the beginning to the end. Room in this hotel is very poor and old nothing what is showing in the fotos very old.Bathroom was tiny and not comfortable.Balcony was with horrible view.And location was good but very noisy evening time you can hear music from outside .Not recommend this hotel for sure is not 4 star hotel .Disappointed from room and little fridge was liking with water in the floor.Only that girl in the reception was star Elionora.

Very nice and clean room, big spacious balcony and amazing views. Amazing, helpful staff. In the centre of sarande so very close to walk to beaches/restaurants and bars. The bathroom was quite dated compared to the rest of the room. Shower was a bit small. Breakfast options were cold but good variety.

Good location, central. Breakfast was average. The bathrooms were very small and old. Very much in need of renovation.

Spacious room and great sea views. Went on the low season and 3 nights got a few unexpected - no running water for the first night and next morning until after 8am, room was not cleaned for one day; when checking out the hotel trying to force me pay in cash!

Lokacioni ishte komod ne lidhje me pedonalen dhe qendren. Mengjesi ishte i ftohte dhe nuk kishte variacion. Mungonin gjerat bazike, si biroshi, djath, proshuta etj dhe ushqimet qe ishin nuk mund ti haje sepse ishin te ndenjura. Kerkuam nje krevat portativ shtese kundrejt pageses dhe na kerkuan 2 fishin e cmimit te dhomes.

Hotel is at great location and the view from the room is amazing. Parking is also wery nice in the city centre. Rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is good. If you are prone to allergies like me you might have problems. Whenever i turned on the AC i would get severe alergies and would recomend the staff to clean the filters.
