The hotel was absolutely wonderful, perfectly situated in a prime location that made exploring the area effortless. While the pool is on the smaller side, it was beautifully maintained and offered a refreshing retreat after a day out. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable , truly a relaxing haven.

Very clean and very attentive staff Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from Very close to the main strip and plenty of restaurants and shops all around Parking being free was a big plus knowing that parking in Saranda is absolutely crazy There is elevators to go from parking to reception and also elevators to go from reception to all the floors The pool was excellent and plenty of beds and umbrellas for everyone WiFi n every room, floor and at the pool was absolutely great Kids were doing their summer school work at the pool and in the rooms with their laptops and WiFi covered everywhere Beach nearby and you could rent across the street 2 chairs and umbrellas at about 2000 Lek (I guess depending on the season) The evening receptionist was absolutely amazing Lots of advice for places around and very pleasant and helpful Preferably a working room phone to call down for anything needed

Modern, clean, good location. Little things, my phone in the room didn’t work. The air conditioner was set at 23c and you could not change it. We either froze or cooked at night. Asked for laundry service quoted one price more when picked up. Quoted a price for a friend who drove a taxi higher when dropped off.

Great that is has parking and a lovely little swimming pool. It’s not in the centre of the hustle and bustle but that is only a 5 minute walk, we were happy being slightly out of the centre.
