Demi Hotel

I loved the location it was right off the main riva area and very central to nightlife and restaurants. It had an amazing view. The facilities such as private beach, cabanas, pool, restaurant on site was great. We could hear and smell the plumbing. Shower was small.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful,the staff and Eliana was the biggest reason why. We originally booked a Deluxe Room, and she kindly upgraded us for free, which was such a thoughtful surprise. What truly made the experience exceptional was her genuine kindness and hospitality. She responded to every message almost immediately, was always happy to help, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make every stay special. Thank you for your generosity and warmth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect !

Superb location - you get out the door and you’re at the beach. Rooms are great and the people phenomenal. Restaurant is one of the best in town

They opened our room door twice. Was that horrible for us, was 7:00am in the morning and the 5:00pm. There was a guy who was trying to get in. We went to the reception and they didn’t say anything.

The hotel was within walkable distance from the promenade. It was lively neighborhood. The Orange club is nextdoor. Definitely recommend to get the sea view room.

If I'm going to nitpick, only because they truly strive for perfection, here's what wasn't perfect >> room service / cleaning personnel forgot to refresh the coffee and tea selection. they also forgot to check when soap or other bathroom products ran out. ... but in both occasions, the service desk immediately took care it once I let them know.

Location was perfect, a short distance from the promenade. I was able to checkin early. The view from the room was wonderful.

Room was nice a cozy and clean. Bathroom was roomie and clean and nice. Balcony was nice with seaview.

The room was spacious and modern

The location was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and always available. We had a a beach/city view from our room which was spectacular. Rooms are modern, super clean and very comfortable. Close to the city to enjoy night life. The hotel has a night club as well which provides great entertainment. Nothing we didn’t like.

The pool was underwhelming and unstaffed (no one at the bar or to hand out towels) and closed at 6pm.

The hotel is excellent, great location in the heart of Saranda near shops and restaurants, the hotel was really well kept and modern, the staff was friendly, the room was clean comfortable, my balcony view was amazing, the restaurant has good food and great views, beach club staff was attentive and every day I had no problem getting a lounge chair and umbrella in the front row. The lounge does play loud music into the night but I don’t mind, I was on vacation so not a problem. The other guests can be noisy and rowdy when coming in late and I could hear some hallway noise but again, not an issue for me personally. Loud guests coming in late could be heard from room.

Pretty amazing beach! Good service! Great food! It was so good to stay there!
