The staff were generally nice and the location was great - close to the center. The thing we really didn’t like was that the description of our specific room stated there was the bathtub, which was not true for this type of room. The owners claimed it wasn’t their fault, but we definitely think it was, as they provided misleading information. Additionally, we had booked a room with sea view but received one without a view - they eventually changed it for us, but we still didn’t like this behaviour. Furthermore, the bathroom was dirty and moldy. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

I booked a romantic suite for me and my partner . When I showed up they gave me a completely different room , without a double bed. Nothing like the picture. They blamed the computer but it’s obvious they are hustling for money . The room was dirty and loud . No good . You have been warned

My fianceè and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We are exeptionally pleased with our experience. Hotel is located near all the best locations in the city, boulevard along the sea side and night clubs as Demi, Escape, City and Orange. The hotel was family managed and all owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist girl who greeted us with a smile during all our stay. The city view was great from our room balcony. I would suggest a stay in this hotel to anybody wanting to experience the city to it's fullest.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Hotel is located in front of clubs and does not have soundproof windows. Noise every day until 4am. Mattresses and pillows are hard. Towels are hard stiffy and have holes. Owners are rude and disrespectful. I paid in advance for 13 days, arrived on a Wednesday and had one of the worst nights ever, changed hotel the very next day. I changed rooms 3 times, but it is simply a problem of the hotel’s infrastructure. Their response: It is not our responsibility that there is noise outside. Client’s response: It is not your responsibility what happens outside, but it is your responsibility to respond to the circumstances for your business and do not claim to be a 4 star hotel (as advertised on booking) under those circumstances. I requested to be changed to another hotel that they would have an alliance or be refunded partially. They did not accept any and did not give any other solution. Im a digital nomad, I have been traveling for 4 months, and never had any problems at hotels before. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
