The A/C’s are very strong for the small rooms.

My family and I stayed for 10 days at this lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. They had a nice variety of local and global food. The beach was amazing. Make sure to bring swim shoes as it is pebbly. The staff at the beach are amazing. All of the guys were great, but at the moment of writing this, I can only remember the names of Valentino and Fabian. They were attentive and so kind to us. The front desk staff in building three were also 10/10. Iva and Melina made sure we had everything we needed at all times, as well as giving us great recommendations for dinner places and things to see. When, not if, I go back to Albania, I will definitely stay here again. We only have a couple of things that we didn't quite enjoy. One was that the breakfast was only 2 hours (from 8am to 10am even on the weekend). We would have liked it to be a little later by an hour or two. We also experienced that the night duty person "shushed" us while we weren't being loud. It made us feel like we were walking on eggshells when returning to the hotel at night, which made it a little awkward returning at night.

Nice hotel, but nothing more.

The amenities were great. Amazing hotel breakfast. The staff were all really friendly (except one). The food in the restaurant for lunch was some of the best we had ever had from a restaurant (really great pastas and sea foods). The hotel pool is great, and the gym is totally fine given this is a hotel gym. Gym notes: Max dumbbells were 25kg All cable pulley machines were relatively heavy as you would expect in a standard gym (equipment is new) Smith machine is really smooth Relatively small, if more than 3 or 4 people are in the gym, it can feel crowded (but it was not often the case) Beach club is a really nice area, and totally free - literally metres from the sea front. Our shower was broken on the first day (going ice cold and boiling hot throughout). It made taking a shower almost 5x as long as it should have been, and obviously not a luxury feeling. We told the staff the same day we realised and their response was 'our technician will look, it will be fixed by tomorrow'. The shower was not fixed the day after, and again we alerted the staff. We were met by the same technician rebuttal. It took until day 3, with a different receptionist to fix the issue. It was the first time someone came to the room to check it, despite us telling them to do so on the first two days. Once she checked and saw the issue, she immediately changed and upgraded our room. But given we were already 3 days into the trip, we found this pretty comical.

The hotel is clean accessible, but what makes the hotel unique is the human factor. The staff, the reception, everyone was amazing . The room was small for two especially as there was no closet to store clothes.

Amazing stay! The facilities and stunning ocean views Nothing

The perfect vacation!! We arrived quite late, the reception informed us we were upgraded in the rooms just so our whole group of 9 people can stay in the same building. It was a beautiful surprise.The location was perfect! Walking distance to every thing you need. The staff was incredible. Every staff member we met, in the reception, the dining room, the restaurant, pool and beach and cleaning staff was so nice! Made out entire experience so personal, helped with everything we needed and more, always so kind and proactive. Really felt like a family. The rooms are big the breakfast was delicious, menu changed everyday with local and continental goods. The facilities were always clean, EVERYWHERE!!!! Honestly we didn’t want to leave the hotel for other beaches or sites. There were enough hooks in the bathroom for towels

Everything was perfect from start to end! Amazing staff, a HUGE variety of breakfast and sea side seatings every morning for everyone. Parking was cheese. You get literally everything right outside the gate of the property. Spa, gym, pools (both) and sunbeds - top class! Would highly recommend.

The indoor warm pool, the 2 saunas, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the beach is amazing! Everything was great.

We stayed here for a week and we loved the place. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, both pools were clean and safe for my 4 year old daughter and the view was great Nothing

This is a super nice hotel. We originally booked a cheaper city view room but they upgraded us to an ocean view which was very generous. We extended our stay because we loved it so much. Great pool, and beach is stacked with tons of comfortable chairs. Great location to walk into town. Restaurants around the hotel were extremely good and the recommendations from the reception desk were exactly what we were looking for.

Jacuzzi was a bit cold. And sauna is not really hot.

Everything was amazing! Staff was beyond helpful, amenities were more than we needed for our stay. Breakfast was bountiful, fresh and everything was refilled instantly. We would have liked to have a proper dresser with drawers to store our things but this is just a suggestion and not a deal breaker for us.
